Rajasthan has been one of the fastest growing states in terms of industrial production, business investment and CSR spend by companies in development projects. Rajasthan is among top ten CSR fund recipient states in India in 2016-17.
Rajasthan CSR Summit 2018, hosted by Industries Department, Government of Rajasthan and co-hosted by NGOBOX, on 6th Feb, 2018, is the largest CSR forum of the state. The summit aims to understand the possibilities of development through CSR in the state by bringing together companies, NGOs, Government, Social Enterprises and Advisory Firms to share and learn best practices and discuss opportunities for collaborations. It's a platform to showcase projects and programs; to learn from peers; to initiate new partnerships; to find new resources; and to understand how CSR is playing a vital role in developing the state.

Akanksha is currently heading CSR and Sustainability for Jubilant Food Works Ltd. She is also onboard with IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as National CSR Expert. After completing her Master’s in Business Administration, Akanksha has done her specialization in Social and Environmental Business Management from World Bank Institute. She has worked with UNICEF and Vendata Resources in the past. Born and brought up in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Akanksha’s gypsy spirit is fuelled by her pursuits to meet new people, visit new places, create new memories and live a life of more stories. She is also the founder of “CHAIWALIS”- a community for promoting women to come out of pseudo-protective environment and feel free and fear-less at public places. She actively writes and speaks on various social development issues and features at various forums. She has represented India on an “International Expedition on Climate Change at Antartica” and other forums. She writes for Times of India, Huffington Post and DailyO amongst many others.
Mr. Sethi is the Chief Information Officer and Head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the company. He also leads innovation efforts in the company and headed HR function for sometime earlier. He also serves as a Board Member of M/s HMC MM Auto Ltd. (A joint venture of HMCL and M/s Magneti Marelli of Italy). Mr. Sethi has more than twenty five years of experience in manufacturing industry and consulting environment. He joined Hero MotoCorp in 2007 and prior to that, he has worked with Ranbaxy and TCS. Mr. Sethi is a member of various national forums including Chairman of IT committee of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), Chairman of MSME subcommittee of CII IT Committee, member CII’s National Committee on IT, ITeS and e-Commerce and member of CII’s National Committee on Intellectual Property. He is also a Board member of SAP India User Group (INDUS). He has also been a Member of National Knowledge Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and also a Member of CII Core Group on e-Invoicing. Mr. Sethi holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Materials Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from this, he has attended leadership programs organized by leading global institutes including Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business and also has a number of certifications in various areas of management and IT. He is also a regular speaker at various leading management institutes and forums across the globe.
Shubha has over 20 years of international & cross-functional experience in CSR & Sustainability, Business & Human Rights, law and the Government. She joined Coca-Cola in 2004 as Senior Legal Counsel, and thereafter has held increasing positions of responsibility in the organisation before moving to a global role as Director - Human & Workplace Rights for Eurasia and North Africa, with responsibility of implementing Coca-Cola’s Human and Workplace Rights policies for the Company, bottling partners and key supplier partners in 50 countries in the region. She is a member of FICCI CSR Committee and Water Mission & Am Cham’s CSR Committee. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, she has worked with the Supreme Court of India and the Indian Government as a civil servant before joining Norton Rose, a leading British firm of Solicitors, in their Singapore office. Shubha holds a Masters in Law (LLM) from Delhi University and is also a Solicitor England & Wales.
